What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund or exchange.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — limited edition drops and giveaway items are final sale. All other products are eligible for return under our standard policy.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 working days across the UK. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30. Standard shipping costs £3.99 for smaller orders. International shipping will be added soon.
