Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging, and with any tags included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and a return shipping label if your return is approved.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, use the “Contact” button immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to submit a return request via the “Contact” button. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in unused, original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
